The Art Institute of Chicago presents the program Vision and Belief with Conductor Carmen Helena Tellez and the Indiana University Contemporary Vocal Ensemble (CVE).


Vision and Belief features the American première of Stabat Mater for voices and cellos by internationally renowned Mexican composer Mario Lavista. Born in 1943 in Mexico City, Mr. Lavista’s works have been performed throughout the world.
