The Northshore Concert Band, one of the largest and most respected symphonic bands in the nation, presents its Winter Concert on Sunday, February 14 at 3:00 P.M. at Pick-Staiger Concert Hall. Highlights of the program include some of Leonard Bernstein's best-known and best-loved music: Overture to Candide and Symphonic Dances from West Side Story, as well as Malcolm Arnold's Four Scottish Dances, inspired by Scottish country folk tunes and dances. Artistic Director Dr. Mallory Thompson conducts. Tickets $15 adults, $12 seniors, $6 students and children available in advance at www.northshoreband.org or at the door. Box office opens at 2:00.
